The makeup of Nahant MA real estate has gone through a few changes in the years since it was first settled in 1630. Nahant began as grazing lands for the animals belong to the residents of nearby Lynn. In the 1800s the peninsula became more of a resort area for the wealthy residents of Boston. People here look out for each other and work together to make Nahant a great place to live. The town even maintains a volunteer-run community garden.
